Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can exchange your item within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll send you a replacement.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition. If the product is not in its original state, the exchange may not be possible. For exchange requests, please contact us at support@senrakai.com.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping, insurance, and handling costs. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part. We accept unlimited exchanges as long as the product is unused and in its original condition.

If you need to cancel your order, email us at support@senrakai.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but because we process orders quickly, we may not be able to make changes once the order has been processed. If your order has already shipped, you can still follow our return policy for an exchange or store credit.
